MCA Group firstly attended the premises to determine the best course of action in removing the large amount of matter. After confirming multiple technicians would be required for the work, the attending Senior Technician, together with our adept Scheduling Coordinators, allocated the adequate time for the works to be carried out.
MCA Group swiftly organised a third-party waste disposal unit, to assist in removing the collapsed material, and ensured the delivery time and location was suitable for the property’s occupants.
Upon the day of works, MCA Group’s technicians began by removing the insulation and plaster from the affected area, while taking care in not allowing particles from the insulation or dust to spread further throughout the home.
Once the area was clear of matter, the attending technicians HEPA vacuumed the ceiling framework, removing any remaining insulation. After it was guaranteed no further insulation would escape the ceiling cavity, the attending technicians were able to safely carry out the necessary cleaning of the now exposed flooring and remaining contents within the area.
Following the completion of this stage, MCA Group was able to create a detailed Inventory List of items that were affected during the event and provide it to the homeowner’s Insurer.
