Decontaminate

Our mould remediation process involves treating mould growth and removing the staining with GM 6000. GM600 is for the removal of the visible mould from hard surfaces only.  It can be used to remove the staining on such surfaces as gyprock, concrete, timbers, stonework, roofing, brickwork etc.

When surface mould has occurred through condensation on building materials which are structurally sound, we apply GM 6000 to remove the mould growth and hyphae with amazing results.

When building materials have been structurally compromised by moisture they need to be replaced. The mould on the surface is treated with GM6000 and then the building materials are removed so that repairs can take place.

When there it is determined that there is a high risk of mould in a wall cavity or other enclosed space, the building materials may be removed to provide access to the mould growth to allow treatment with GM6000.

HEPA Filtration

True Hepa Filtration involves filtering the air to remove particulates which include dust, pollen, soot and mould. A true Hepa filtration system will filter 99.97% of particulates at a 0.3 Micron Level.

During our mould remediation process we use both True Hepa Filtration vacuum for the removal of surface particulates and True Hepa Filtration air units which remove air borne particulates including mould spores.

Fogging Treatment

During the mould remediation process, we also mist or fog a product through the property called GM 2000. GM 2000 is not an encapsulant, it is non-irritant, biodegradable, non-toxic, non-corrosive and non-bleaching.  This product has been thoroughly tested and is designed as a non-mechanical air purifier to eliminate mould spores and other contaminants from the indoor environment.

MCA Group have the tools and experience to identify the cause of the mould growth and will outline steps to take to remove the water source and stop future mould growth.
