Tile Cleaning

Tiles and grout, both on the walls and flooring, can be left dirty after fire events, and we use the latest in steam technology to restore the surface back to the original colour and condition. 

Before moving ahead with the cleaning process, our technicians will inspect the areas requiring restoration, including the type of surface and the extent of the damage.  

Surfaces are pre-cleaned to remove free standing dust and dirt. This can include vacuuming and mopping, with the use of a cleaning solution, which has a deep penetrating property to reach into the grout. The solution is given time to work, and then the physical cleaning process is started. 

Through using instant steam and high-pressure water, the process is quick and effective. The high-pressure wash passes over all the affected areas, whilst removing the contaminates and dirty water at the same time. Soot and debris, which has built up in the surface of the tile and within the grout lines, is removed instantly.

The surface is mopped, removing any remaining water from hard to reach places, ensuring all residue from cleaning products is removed and you are left with a completely clean surface. Should a large area be cleaned, we can install drying equipment including air movers and carpet blowers to speed up the process.
